Meet the Team

Kevin Lee

Managing Consultant
(Consulting Services)

Kevin has more than 20 years’ experience in investment banking and strategy consulting. His area of expertise includes advising on M&A, performance improvement, strategy development and turnaround management.

Kevin had held senior positions in various financial institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), ABN Amro and OCBC Bank. Apart from banks, Kevin’s background also includes roles in Siemens AG, Ernst & Young and also as an entrepreneur.

Kevin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, an ASEAN CPA and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK. He is also a Certified LEGO© Serious Play Facilitator.

Veron Lee

Managing Consultant
(Financial Institutions)

Veron has more than 20 years’ experience in banking and finance. Her area of expertise includes driving transformation, operational efficiency, regulatory and financial risk management in wealth management and start-up financial institutions.

Veron had held various C-suite roles in LGT Bank growing it from its start-up stage. She also had experience in M&A implementation and integration. Veron's background includes roles in Coutts Bank and KPMG

Veron is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA and has attended the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Asian Financial Leader’s Programme. 

Jim Tan

Senior Consultant

Jim has more than 20 years’ experience in various finance disciplines. His areas of expertise include technical accounting, financial planning and analysis, strategy, risk management, finance transformation, business development, business administration as well as statutory and regulatory compliance.

Jim has held leadership positions in both large MNC and start-up environments. He has extensive experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, expense optimisation, system implementation and integration projects. He has in-depth knowledge of the payment and fintech  from his roles with Mastercard.

Jim is a Chartered Accountant.

Jeremy Chang

Senior Consultant

Jeremy has more than 15 years’ experience in strategy and management consulting. His area of expertise includes performance improvement, strategy development and turnaround management.

Jeremy was the director of consulting services in a Big 4 Accounting Firm and has led and managed projects for clients in Asia across various sectors, advising on strategy and value creation.

Jeremy has a Bachelor in Engineering degree and an MBA from Imperial College, UK. 

Mabel Tan

Associate

Mabel is highly skilled in financial modelling, financial analysis and research. She has worked on several projects for SME businesses.
